From Joseph Sinclair (x) and wife Sarah (x) of Franklin Co to Jesse Carter of Greenville, SC. In cons of 150 pds., conveys 200 acres in Franklin Co on Eastanolee Crk,. waters of the Tugalo Riv, granted to John Payne by Gov Edward Telfair, 4 Feb 1786 (?), and registered in the Secretary's Office in Book KKK, folio 47, 10 Feb 1786 and conveyed by said Payne to Joseph Sinclair, 27 Aug 1790, which deed was recorded in Franklin Co. Clerk's Office in Liber C, folio 94, 25 May 1791.
