Methods for resizing using popular software
MICROSOFT PAINT - Open file via FILE/OPEN command and then Resize via IMAGE/RESIZE/SKEW command
MICROSOFT WORD - Insert the image into a doc file. Selct the image and resize it by grabbing the handles (black square) at the corner of the picture
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP - Open file via FILE/OPEN command and then Resize via IMAGE/IMAGE SIZE command
IRFANVIEW - View file in File Explorer, right click on it, Open with/choose Irfanview. Edit Menu/Resize-resample.
